Devilled Eggs

These ‘angelic’ devilled eggs were the thing that just saved my dinner last night (: As usual, one of my experimental cooking experiences - I tried making something called cabbage rolls, which pretty much turned out to be a disaster because my cabbage fell apart! :P
Doesn’t it look yummy? :D and it’s so easy to make! (:
Devilled Eggs
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tbsp mayonnaise/ greek yogurt (as you can see, I’m trying to use up my yogurt from last week!)
2 tbsp mustard
4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Paprika
1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes then plunge into cold water and allow to cool. Remove the shells, then cut each egg in half lengthwise.
2. Scoop out the yolks and mix them together with the mayonnaise/yogurt and mustard.
3. Divide the mixture among the egg halves and top each one with a cherry tomato halve and a dusting of paprika.
Voila! (:
