Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe

Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe seems to be one of the few Hong Kong Cafe chains in Singapore! I have no idea why? If you know of others, let me know. I used to go to a Hong Kong Cafe somewhere in Novena, but that chain of restaurants slowly disappeared. Now the one i see most commonly is always Xin Wang.

I always find that Hong Kong Cafes always have so much variety that you can eat it for almost any meal, be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, or tea! (: We went there for dinner on Saturday. 

The char siew rice was pretty nice! (: I was pleasantly surprised actually, because i didn’t expect much :P but i really liked the char siew, which was soft and tasty, and the sauce really added flavour to the dish.

Looks healthy, right? ;) Egg rice with pork floss on top! I love anything with pork floss, especially breadtalk’s flossss bun :D the egg rice was very very tasty! 

We can never stay away from bread while we are at Hong Kong Cafe. My favourites are the thick toast with either peanut butter or kaya and this AWESOME FRENCH TOAST! Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe really has the BEST french toast! (: It is thick, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The butter melts just nicely, and it has a slight hint of cinnamon which just tops it off :D one word - YUM! :D
