Beautiful Eyes

as you know, i recently (okay not so recently now) went on a beauty shopping craze, and i promised that i would go through all the products that i've bought in my blog, which has taken awhile. anyway, today's post will focus on all the stuff i bought for EYES! :D haha i think i might have shown stuff here and there in other posts, so here are the others in a consolidated post (: all the stuff to make your eyes pretty! <3

this is my UBU Lasharazzi eyelash curler! no popular brand or anything, i bought it from watsons, but it works like magic in curling my eyelashes!!! :D i was doing a whole lot of research trying to decide on whether i should get the curler from shu uemura, mac, shiseido or sephora, which are those with the generally good reviews. but all so expensive. and not like i could actually try them out so i wouldnt know whether they worked until i actually bought them. so in the end, i decided to get this from watsons. even in watsons, there were a few kinds of eyelash curlers. the main reason why i got this one in the end, was cos it looked the prettiest!! :D see the pink/purple edges? i loved it :D heehee. and it was priced in the middle of the range (shucks i can't remember the exact price...umm i think it was around $9 if im not wrong) so i figured it should work alright. and it did! way better than i expected. it feels really springy such that when i use it, i really feel like my eyelashes are being curled super effectively xD awesome!

i was browsing around the store at the DHC shelf. i've always been wondering whether i should get the olive oil from DHC. it sounds really great! but im still super apprehensive about piling on more oil onto my face when it is already oily! yikes >.< but the salesperson recommended the DHC eyelash tonic to me, which i decided to try. its a conditioning tonic that is supposed to strengthen lashes and make them grow longer!!! omg i couldn't resist when i heard that. oh well. it's always good to hope right? when i first bought and used it, i thought that it did make my eyelashes look longer! but i think i might have been disillusioned haha. i dunno whether they are any stronger than they were, but, i dont really think that the part about making them grow longer really worked haha. i still use it religiously everyday though. hoping for a miracle ;)

the last thing i got was the l'oreal collagen curl fixing mascara. i did quite a lot of research on mascaras too, and i ended up buying something that was totally not on my list haha. but it sounded pretty awesome and so i decided to get it! the collagen or whatever inside doesn't really make a difference in my opinion, but i still think this mascara is pretty good anyway! (: it coats my eyelashes just nicely (:
