i cooked my favourite dish! :D :D :D tofu stir-fried with minced pork is one of my favourite dishes my mum cooks. and i just had to make it as well! i had no recipe to follow, no idea how to do it at all. i just anyhow threw stuff in. haha, and it turned out...DELICIOUS if i might say so myself xD haha! the art of cooking. whee! i love cooking (: haha but because i came up with this dish on my own, the ingredients and steps to follow might not be as precise as when i use my cook book :P and i just realised! the two dishes i cooked that day were all of the same colour throughout - one was all brown, the other, all green :P so much for aesthetics. i should learn how to make my food LOOK delicious as well, if not no one will wanna try my yummy cooking!
