Buffalo Wings & Stuffed Potato with cheese and bacon

hehe i'm so glad that i havent lost my touch for cooking despite not doing so for the longest time! i've missed cooking so much!! :) but can't do it on a daily basis haha i will just die. i spent the entire afternoon in the kitchen preparing this meal for my family! but it was totally worth it :D this has to be one of my most eyecandy meals ever! dont you think the colours look so pretty? <3

Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
15 chicken wings
Sauce:
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tabasco
2 garlic cloves, crushed
pinch of sugar

1. Place all the ingredients for the sauce into a pot and heat it over a medium fire.
2. Keep stirring so that the butter is well mixed with all the sauces and once the mixture starts bubbling at the sides, turn off the heat.
3. Allow the sauce to cool for awhile before placing the chicken wings in. Marinade it.
4. Chill in the marinade for at least half an hour.
5. Place the wings (skin down) on a greased baking tray and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 10mins. Turn the wings over and cook for another 15min. Serve.

Stuffed Potatoes with cheese and bacon
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed
200g bacon lardons
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
25g butter
100ml milk
75g cheddar cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Prick the potatoes all over with a fork, then transfer to the oven and bake for 45min or until tender. Set aside and lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees C.
2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and dry-fry the bacon lardons for 2-3 min, or until slightly crisp. then add the garlic and fry for a further 1-2min.
3. Slice off the top third of each potato, horizontally. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Reserve the hollowed out skins, and place into a lightly greased baking dish.
4. Mash the potato. add the milk and butter and beat until smooth. Stir in the grated cheese, lardons and garlic.
5. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and bake for 20-25min or until the filling is heated through and golden on top. Serve.
