i'm so proud of myself! i conquered the southern ridges! or at least, a part of it xD
this is where i started! (: at the alexandra arch which is connected to the hort park! so funny, we walked for only a little while then we already went into hort park to enjoy the cool aircon xD
they had some really cool stuff in there! basically they were trying to promote green living, so they had interesting stuff which people could include in their homes to 'green' it! an example was this terranium which is a bottle containing a self-sustaining little ecosystem! super cute! really, the plant inside produced its own carbon dioxide and oxygen so it could survive in a closed jar! teehee.
there was also this pretty wall feature! (: no idea what it is, but i just thought it looked good (:
managed to capture a nice photo of the arch where there was a break in the foilage (: so many leaves lol
carried on to the henderson waves which was my favourite part of the trail! the scenery there is damn awesome! so spacious and beautiful :)
haha i just had to show off the zoom of the camera. i didn't move an inch! and there were the reflections at keppel bay far far in the distance, and with the zoom (i didn't even fully use the feature), it appeared up close beautifully.
more of the gorgeous landscape (: gosh i rarely spam photos of nature, but this was really nice. the weather was wonderful too! but super hot though O.O
we went all the way up to mount faber! and totally random, there was this cable car in the middle of nowhere hahaha!
saw the jewel box! i hope i will have the chance to have a meal there someday xD
again, to show off the camera's zoom function :P cable cars! (:
haha this post is just a spam of nature photos lol!
