i went shopping for hair accessories in AMK Hub on thursday! (: i usually do not like tying up my hair unless it’s really so unbearably hot that i can’t stand it. but since i’m starting school soon, i decided to do some shopping and get some cute hair accessories that i can use! (: these products are from a store called Jean at level 2, and from one of those trolley stalls nearby.
starting from the top left hand corner and going in a clockwise manner:
1. I got a huge pretty purple clip for $2.50, which is an alternative to using a hair tie to create a ponytail. this clip is held vertically and holds up hair securely which is good. usually i hate how my ponytail looks, cos my hair is wavy and has a mind of its own, so my ponytails are usually really ugly. somehow i think it looks better when i use this clip (: haha
2. i got three pretty ribbons (1 for $4, 3 for $10) which are hair ties and a huge clip like the one above. i’m totally into all these cute stuff nowadays haha!
3. I love my pretty little pink butterfly clip! (: this one has a cute flower pattern which i love, and it’s good for pinning up my fringe when it gets too long. by the way, i’m cutting my own fringe nowadays - i decided that it’s more convenient and i can do it as often as necessary x)
4. lastly, my telephone wire rubber bands. aren’t they adorable?! (: (: i think they’re just so cute. and they’re supposed to be good for the hair cos they don’t grab it too tightly. i guess that means that you’ll have a droopy ponytail, but oh well, they look nice! so it’s worth it (:
