Back to Rail Mall again this weekend for breakfast! (: haha my driving is improving! (: so proud of myself :D parked the car for the first time since i passed - thankfully the parking lot was fairly empty xD but i think it might be more difficult without other cars around cos i couldn't gauge the distance properly! xP

the spinach & cheese quiche ($3.60) looked so tempting on the display! (: it is lightly toasted before serving such that the crust is nice and crispy, but not too hard. The filling is lovely squishy! hahaha. a nice balance of softness with texture. and not very cheesy, which is good (:

there is a cute bread bar at Cedele! :D fascinatinggg (: an order of any soup ($7.50) will give you free flow of bread! :D we ordered pumpkin soup! :D it was deliciously thick and creamy, with a full-bodied flavour. the types of bread were interesting! i liked the raisin bread the most. the bread was tinged with a slight sweetness which made it really yummy. i have no idea what the yellow-ish coloured one is, but it was pretty good too. the plain one though, was sort of weird. it was thick and compact - odd texture :/

the chocolate cranberry pancake with vanilla butter & maple syrup ($9.80) was wonderful!!  i was really pleasantly surprised by it xD i didn't expect much of the cranberries, but it was really tasty! the cranberries & chocolate chips went sooo well with the fluffy pancakes (: and the vanilla butter & maple syrup were wonderful :D

i tried one tiny bite of the butter of the wild blueberries pancake with orange butter & maple syrup ($9.80). haha i don't like orange butter!!!! :/ so i didn't try the pancake ): but if you do like orange butter, it tasted good according to mummy! (:

Cedele has an all-day breakfast menu! (: we tried the mushroom & eggs set ($9.80) which includes salad and toast as well. the mushrooms were fragrant, but i felt they could have been better! but the eggs were good :D they were cooked just nicely, on the verge of being runny (: yummm!
